Partial handwritten unsigned document completely in Washington's hand, 9" x .5", apparently taken from a land survey. Washington writes, in full: "above the pond spring on or near the boundary line." Professionally silked on the reverse and in fine condition, with a small area of paper loss to the upper right corner. Accompanied by a copy of a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA for the larger document this segment was extracted from. With anything bearing Washington's signature exceeding the 5-figure range, this segment provides collectors with an economical option to acquire President Washington's coveted handwriting!
