Impressive 8.5" x 11" studio portrait photograph signed and inscribed along the lower margin in black ink, "To Ray C. Bliss, With Kind Regards, Herbert Hoover". Mr. Bliss eventually became chairman of the Republican National Committee from 1965-1969. Some light toning and some handling wear along the edges, otherwise the photo is in fine condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
