In August 1963, The Beatles performed two shows in the auditorium at Candie Gardens in Guernsey with supporting acts Vic Sutcliffe, Les Dell, The Rob Charles Combo, The Robert Brothers & Mike Kelly. Following the shows, John Lennon rented the flat of beat poet Royston Ellis and his girlfriend Stephanie and proceeded to share the night that eventually inspired Abbey Road's "Polythene Pam". Offered here is the inside program page for the special performances at Candie Gardens, signed after the show by all four members of the band in black ballpoint pen. In fine condition with scattered handling wear and toning, any vintage item signed by the John, Paul, George, and Ringo is highly desirable and will continue to rise in value. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
