One of The Beatles most complex albums, Revolver would hit the shelves on August 5th 1966. Incorporating unique sounds such as tape loops and backwards recordings on the psychedelic "Tomorrow Never Knows" title, while using a splice of Indian, string & varispeeding throughout the short 5x platinum album. With each Beatle expanding off their transitional Rubber Soul album, Revolver saw The Beatles on the fringe of their greatest collaboration, Sargent Peppers nearly a year later. John Lennon would put a hurtful stamp on not only Revolver, but The Beatles in general with his "Bigger than Jesus," comment in March 1966. Fearing a decline in sales in the United States, manager Brian Epstien would hold a press conference at the Sheraton Hotel in Manhattan, New York addressing the issue (pre-approved by John) on August 6th, 1966. Offered here is a seldom seen 3" x 5" blue album page signed in blue ballpoint, "John Lennon," with a collectors notation of , "8-6-66." Authenticated & encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
