Simply known as "The Desert Fox," Edwin Rommel would raise hell in Africa for the green Ally troops making their first combat action. Masterful in his tactics, Rommel would see fame from his military prowess, something that Hitler grew all too aware of. Despite not following many of Hitler's inhumane orders, Rommel remained a figure in Nazi Germany until the 20 July plot to assassinate Hitler. Hitler would give Rommel no choice but to take his life to save his family. Offered here is an ULTRA-RARE 3.5" x 5.5" sepia tone photograph signed on the front by The Desert Fox. Overall in fine condition with some handling wear to the edges and minor discoloration. Authenticated & encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
