A unique piece of Anna Nicole Smith memorabilia, presented here is the late blonde bombshell's 1991-92 Allstate Car Insurance Identification Card, issued to Smith and uniquely signed with her name at the time, "Vickie Smith". Issued to Smith for her 1992 Toyota, the card features her Apartment address is Houston, TX, and is perfectly signed along the back side in black ballpoint pen. This particular relic was sourced from a former boyfriend of Smith's and was originally sold in the highly publicized Anna Nicole Smith Diaries & Archives auction that took place shortly after her passing.
