Roosevelt informs a business associate that he is sending a representative on his behalf to discuss matters relating to the construction industry. Beautifully hand signed by the eventual US President at the conclusion in fountain pen ink. Well preserved and in fine condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
