Offered here is a rarity in Guns N' Roses memorabilia, which comes in the form of this "Sweet Child O Mine" 45 Single Sleeve, handsomely signed by Axl Rose, Slash, Duff McKagan, and Steven Adler in felt tip marker. The sleeve itself stands in fine condition, and aside from a slight smear in Steven Adler's signature, the autographs are great! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
