This letter, measuring 6.75" x 8.75", is typed on White House letterhead and dated December 6, 1991. It is signed by President George H.W. Bush (Sr.), wishing Representative Bill Young a happy birthday. Full letter reads, "Dear Bill: This is just a quick note to say happy birthday. Barbara joins me in sending our best wishes for every happiness on your special day and in the coming year." He hand signs the letter in black felt tip marker. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
