Offered here is the record album cover for Petty's 5x Platinum 1989 release of "Full Moon Fever", nicely signed along the cover by the legendary musician in black felt tip marker. Cover exhibits some light handling wear but is otherwise fine. Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
