Typed letter on University of Cincinnati Letterhead dated March 20, 1974, in which Neil Armstrong writes to a newly appointed Eagle Scout congratulating him on his hard work at achieving the ranking. As an Eagle Scout himself, Armstrong wrote, "I know you will find, as I have, that attaining the rank of Eagle Scout will be one of your most gratifying experiences." Signed at the conclusion in black ballpoint pen, "Neil Armstrong". In fine condition with two horizontal creases and some discoloration to the reverse. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
