Chipper Jones played for the Atlanta Braves for 19 seasons, ending his career in 2012 with a .303 career batting average, 468 home runs, and 1,623 RBI. He is the only switch hitter in MLB history with a career batting average of at least .300 or 400 or more home runs - of which he has both. Offered here is a Glomar G-320 model bat measuring 35 inches and 34.9 ounces, used by Jones during the 1998 season - the year before his MVP award and World Series appearance. The handle remains un-cracked with the rest of the bat showing outstanding use, with ball marks and stitch impressions as well as cleat marks all across the barrel. There is also a light coat of pine tar on the handle. Jones' number (10) has been written on the knob as well as the top of the barrel. The experts at PSA/DNA have provided a full Letter of Grading & Authenticity and graded the bat an outstanding GU 9.5!
