This is a very rare Houdini Picture Corporation stock certificate that is signed by illusionist Harry Houdini. It is dated June 21, 1921 and certifies that Alfred J. Gaudette is entitled to five shares of the Corporation. The document measures 8.25" x 12.25". It is signed at the conclusion by Harry Houdini as President as well as Secretary/Treasurer R.P. Risley. There are is some light water damage to the lower quarter of page, including over the signatures. Otherwise, the certificate remains in fine condition. Accompanied by full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
