Rare signed document, three pages, 8.5" x 11", dated November 15, 2005. A Music Synchronization and Licensing Agreement between Chuck Berry and Universal Pictures in which Berry grants Universal the rights to use "Johnny B. Goode" in CD-ROM and downloadable forms of "Back to the Future II", with Berry receiving the sum of $50,000 for his composition. Signed with a rare "Charles Berry" full signature at the conclusion in black ink. Well preserved and in overall fine condition. "Johnny B.
