Making a quick trip back stateside in between a concert stint in Brazil, offered here is a U.S. Customs Declaration form that was filled out by Bob Dylan upon his return to the United States on October 18, 1991. The front side of the document features Dylan's handwriting, with the legendary performer printing his name, date of birth and the flight number of his flight. Capping off the form, Dylan has uniquely signed at the conclusion on the back side with a full "Robert Dylan" autograph in a crisp black roller ball ink. Any signed document from Dylan is a rarity, but a document like this showcasing his full signature is one of just a handful of full name examples to ever surface in the market. Impressive!
