Lincoln & Herndon Piece of Oak Lathing From Their Law Office Building Built in 1840, 1” x 1,” encapsulated in a CAG holder measuring 2.25” x 3.25.” Accompanied by a plethora of background provenance paperwork, including a copy of a 1969 affidavit letter from Robert R. Oxtoby, one of the partners in the ownership of the Lincoln & Herndon building, and in image of the complete piece from which this fragment originated. An interesting Lincoln artifact and one the first of its kind to come to market nicely presented in a CAG holder.
