Superb signed document, one page, 8.5" x 11", September 9, 1970. A Waiver of Notice to Consent to Holding of Special Meeting of Board of Directors for Solar Productions, Inc., in which members of the board--including Steve McQueen and his wife, Neile--agree to meet under the terms of the waiver. Interestingly, the document is designated as signed in Le Mans, France, as McQueen was filming his memorable film "Le Mans" at the time this meeting took place. A great association to one of McQueen's greatest works! Boldly signed by McQueen in a vibrant felt tip pen and in excellent condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
