At the peak of "Tiger Mania" in the 2000s, Tiger Woods was arguably the most popular and recognizable athlete on the entire planet. Everywhere he would go, press and fans would follow. Finding any privacy when one gets to that level of fame is quite a challenge, and celebrities of that magnitude often have to get very creative to shake the followers off their tail.
Showcasing that creativity, offered here is a one page hotel registration form for the Lodge at Torrey Pines, dated January 17, 2005, for a one Mr. Eric Cartman. Trying to conceal his whereabouts, Tiger uses the name of the popular "South Park" character to register his room. Registering at the luxurious resort for his stay during his participation in the 2005 Buick Invitational, which Tiger would win, of interesting note is that Tiger then signed and dated the form at the conclusion, with Tiger dating the form for the date that he won the event! Well preserved and in excellent condition. A terrific Tiger memento from the peak of his dominance as the greatest golfer in the game. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
