Presented here is a First Day Cover celebrating the 150th Anniversary of American Baseball. The event in Atlantic City featured the first-ever gathering of the 11 living 500 Home Run Club members. This envelope features a Babe Ruth stamp and a postmark dated January 14 1989, along with the signatures of all 11 of the home run sluggers that were present at the event including: Mickey Mantle, Ernie Banks, Willie Mays, Ted Williams, Reggie Jackson, Eddie Mathews, Frank Robinson, Harmon Killebrew, Hank Aaron, Mike Schmidt, and Willie McCovey.
