Desirable 1916 Presidential typed letter signed at the conclusion by President Woodrow Wilson. Although short, hits a major point of his Presidency which was getting away from the newly adopted Laissez Faire style of Government and more towards a "Government in the hands of the People." Overall in fine condition with discoloration, horizontal folds & minor surface impressions.
