Fantastic typed 6.5" x 8.5" letter signed “Francis Albert,” personal letterhead, March 21, 1990. Old Blue Eyes sends thanks to Dan Rostenkowski. In full: “Dear Dan: Many thanks for your nice note of February 27 and your kind words about my performance at the "Sinatra Invitational"! It was a warm and wonderful evening and Barbara and I were so happy you could join us! We were thrilled with the turnout and are proud to say that our "children" at the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center will benefit from half of the proceeds! The other half will go to the desert hospital... a marvelous facility that we've watched grow over the years... We are all very proud. We love the glasses--they're great on our bar and we appreciate you thinking of us. The Bicentennial book is a wonderful addition to our library and we are happy to have it!With my warmest regards, Francis Albert. A letter packed with wit and good cheer from an uncommon writer!
