When it comes to modern baseball players, there is no doubt that Bryce Harper is one of the best. Offered here is a Louisville Slugger M9 model S318 Bryce Harper professional model bat that was used during Spring Training and in the Minor Leagues prior to his Major League debut. The bat remains un-cracked and exhibits moderate use. Several ball marks and stitch impressions are visible and there is a light coat of pine tar on the upper handle. There is a mark visible on the nadle that identifies the face grain of the bat. The date of manufacture, length and weight are stampped onto the knob, with Harper's number "34" also being affixed to the knob. This bat is one of several models created by Louisville Slugger as samples for Harper when they were attempting to have him endorse a contract with the company. Adding to the allure of the game usage is a silver felt tip signature from Harper himself, adding his number and the inscription "Luke 1:37". Harper remains one of the toughest autographs in all the hobby, making a game used & signed bat from him all the more desirable. The bat is accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity for game use from John Taube/PSA/DNA and a Letter of Authenticity for the autograph from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
