On March 21, 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin completed the annexation of Crimea, signing the Black Sea peninsula into Russia with an Executive Order. At the same time, Putin also ordered fireworks in Moscow and Crimea as celebration. Offered here is the Executive Order, in Russian, signing these events into effect, signed by Putin in blue ballpoint pen at the conclusion. The Order is complete with the stamp of the Kremlin and comes housed in an attractive red leather folder complete with the Russian Coat of Arms. In overall fine condition, this is a unique piece of Russian government memorabilia. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
