The Beatles' fifth UK record release, "Help!" was another worldwide commercial success for the Beatles. Released in conjunction with their film of the same name, the first side of the vinyl included seven songs from the film, including the singles "Help!" and "Ticket to Ride". The second side contained seven other releases, including perhaps one of the band's most beloved titles, "Yesterday". It has been hailed as one of the greatest albums of all time, and marked the first time The Beatles had been nominated for Album of the Year.

In the memorabilia market, Beatles albums signed by all four band members are some of the most rare and coveted items out there. In any form, they rarely pop up on the market. It goes without saying, then, that our offering here is sure to draw some attention.

This Parlophone U.K. issue of "Help!" is only the second fully band signed version of the original UK pressing of the record known to exist, and by far the nicest. In exceptional condition, the reverse of the cover was signed by John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr on December 8, 1965 (merely weeks after the record's release) at the Gaumant Cinema in Sheffield England - and promptly put away by the original owner for the next 48+ years. Each ballpoint pen signature is place thoughtfully by the band members next to their respective images, with Starr and McCartney adding "To Brian" and all but Lennon adding "Love from" along with their autographs. The signatures are so nice, in fact, that the experts at Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) have graded them a nearly unheard-of MINT 9 overall.

Between the excellent condition of the cover itself, with only minor surface rubbing and light toning to speak of (minuscule flaws comparatively), and the high quality of the autographs, the rarity and desirability of this offering absolutely cannot be overstated. Beatles and rock n' roll collectors alike, take note - this is sure to be the centerpiece of any collection! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) showing the grades of MINT 9, as well as a full Letter of Authenticity from noted Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo.
