Anyone who knows the game of basketball would be hard pressed to name a better ball handler or showman than Pistol Pete. Maravich was revolutionary in his style of play with passing skills that seemed to defy the laws of physics and an ability to score at will. Maravich was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame just one year before his premature death. One of the few color game action photos we have ever seen signed; they don’t get much better than this with Pete going up for a shot over Lew Alcindor (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar).
