This unique offering ages to spring training of that historic year in a game that matched up the 1926 World Series foes in the New York Yankees & St. Louis Cardinals. Featured on this game used sphere are stars from both, including: Babe Ruth, Grover Cleveland Alexander, Tony Lazzeri, Frank Frisch, Miller Huggins, Waite Hoye, Urban Shocker & others. Headlined by a bold & desirable quoted Ruth signature, it should be noted the sphere itself is a rarity as game used items from that time are few and far between. Overall in good condition with minor scuffing, a layer of shellac & game use. A tough grouping from one of the Yankees most historic teams!
