Two-page contract between the brilliant but troubled Hall of Famer, his wife Aimee, and author McCullah St. Johns. The agreement spells out a partnership between the writer and the Alexanders for a biographical work of unspecified nature, possibly the genesis of the famous 1952 Ronald Reagan film "The Winning Team."

Of particular note, Cleveland has included a final stipulation in the contract in which he receives full sum of any compensation received for any autographs provided in connection with the release of the unsaid work.

Each party signs his or her assent to the terms on the second page, with the inaugural class Hall of Famer providing the rare and most desirable "Grover Cleveland Alexander" signature format (a rarity, as Cleveland seldomly signed his full name). Each signature rates 9+/10, and the two pages of legal size onion skin paper exhibit original storage folds but no other issues of note. The finest representation we've encountered of this tough and important autograph. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
