This is a one-of-a-kind framed item with 10 Hall of Famers plus future Hall of Famers. The NFC barely out-shined the AFC in a 13-7 win in the 1978 Pro Bowl held in Los Angeles.
The original owner of this piece was an API photographer who had access on media day on the football field and in the dressing rooms at the Coliseum in Los Angeles prior to the Pro-Bowl Game. In tribute, he created a display featuring the game's roster and mini-pictures. He titled the display "NFC All-Stars 1978 Pro Bowl" and had it hand-signed in person with black felt tip ("9-10") by the team and coaches. The overall display measures 25" x 29-1/2" (area within matte 15-1/2" x 20").
