The bottom of the jersey has been custom hemmed, shortened and elastic has been added with no manufacturers tags remaining. In the inside back collar is a strip tag with "06-52" on it. On the front, back and each shoulder is the player number "4" in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "FAVRE" in white tackle twill on a green name plate. The jersey has green spandex sides and custom open sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The jersey shows light quarterback game-use and with the exception of the alterations mentioned above, appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by dual Letters of Authenticity from game used memorabilia authorities MEARS & Grey Flannel.
