"The Machine", Albert Pujols, wielded this Marucci AP5-M Custom Cut in game play during the 2008 season. Pujols won his second National League Most Valuable Player Award in 2008. A terrific example of the power and pure torque generated from Pujols' mystical swing, this bat is highlighted by excellent usage including numerous impact/stich markings, a moderate to heavy coat of pine tar, and a crack along the knob which has been repaired and reinforced with tape. Capping off this unique war club is a beautiful autograph from Pujols, boldly penned across the black barrel in silver metallic marker, with Pujols adding "Game Used" along with his autograph to further solidify the bat's usage. Acquired direct from Pujols and accompanied by an assortment of rock-solid authenticity, including a COA and Grade of G/U 8 from John Taube of PSA/DNA; a COA and matching hologram from the Pujols Family Foundation; and an authentication hologram from Major League Baseball (MLB).
