The Third Vice President of the United States (1801–1805); serving during President Thomas Jefferson's first term, Aaron Burr remains an important historical figure. Known mostly for the duel with Alexander Hamilton that would see Burr's shot enter the abdomen of Hamilton formally crowning him the winner. Offered here is a extremely early 1800 bank check for a hefty sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, signed at the conclusion by Burr in bold black fountain pen. Overall in good condition with minor wear to the edges. Authenticated & encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
