Apollo 11 "First Words Ever Spoken" Limited Edition 16" x 20" Print Signed by Buzz Aldrin & Charlie Duke (David Frohman LOA & Beckett/BAS Guaranteed)

A 20" x 16" print on Kodak professional paper issued for the thirtieth anniversary of the mission in 1999. Beneath a lunar surface flag image, Aldrin has written out the first words said from the moon to the earth: "Contact Light, OK, Engine Stop/ Buzz Aldrin/ Apollo XI Lunar Module Pilot". Duke has written out the first words said from the earth to the moon: "We copy you down, Eagle/ Charles M. Duke, Jr./ Apollo XI Lunar Landing 'Capcom'". A very handsome piece, matted and framed to an overall size of 25" x 19" overall. Numbered 87 of 99 worldwide. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from Space Memorabilia authority David Frohman (who arranged the signings to create the piece).
