It's the finest example we've ever encountered, claiming top marks in every criteria upon which Armstrong photos are evaluated. Veteran collectors are aware that the vast majority of signed photos from this pioneering spaceman are personalized, but this one is appealingly free of any such attribution. And Armstrong's sharpie signature, often found in substandard condition due to the fading effects of age and light exposure, this example is executed in deep dark black felt tip marker in near-perfect contrast. The 8" x 10" photo is likewise free of any flaws worthy of note. Authenticated by JSA with a full letter of authenticity.
