One-page typed letter on NEMS Enterprises Ltd., Liverpool, England letterhead paper that was sent by Brian Epstein to Mr P. E. Henshaw of Wilmslow, Cheshire, England in response to booking The Beatles for a performance. In the letter Brian states that The Beatles would not be able to perform on either of the dates that Mr. Henshaw had asked about. The letter has been signed by Brian Epstein in ink. On the day that Brian wrote the letter The Beatles were in Hamburg, Germany performing their final series of performance at the Star Club. The letter measures 6.9” x 8.9.” The condition is very good.
