Jerry Garcia & The Gratefrul Dead have a fan-base & following that to this day would challenge even the biggest popular music stars enthusiast. Classifying themselves with pride as "Dead-Heads," their unquestioned leader would have to be the counterculture era singer/songwriter John "Jerry" Garcia. Despite only having four fingers, Garcia would jam with the Dead for all for their entire thirty-year career (1965–1995). Most noted for his light voice & smooth riffs, it would seem almost suiting that Garcia play acoustic. Offered here is a salute to one of the most mellow fellows to ever lay hands on an acoustic with this full sized Harmony guitar signed on the body in near-mint black felt tip marker by Jerry Garcia. Signed in the lower right portion making this guitar extremely presentable & absolutely suitable for framed display. Signatures on Garcia are scarce as is, but this is simply the finest & most sought after Jerry Garcia item we have ever encountered. Overall in fine condition with minor signs of light use & a "Dead-Head" sticker affixed to the body. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
