Former director of Naval Reactors, Hyman G. Rickover's influence is all over the Navy. Offered here is a submarine image signed in the bottom right hand corner by WWII vet Hyman G. Rickover. Overall in fine condition with minor handling wear to the 24" x 19" frame. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
