John F. Kennedy Signed Inauguration Day First Day Cover & Bio Card in PSA DNA Encapsulation - This incredible piece of U.S. history is an Inauguration Day first day cover signed by the 35th President of the United States, John F. Kennedy. The cover has been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA DNA, along with the biography card which would have been housed inside the envelope. The envelope is signed by the President in black ink in the lower right hand corner. Although these first day covers are fairly common in today's market, it is nearly impossible to find a hand signed and certified specimen such as this.
