This document, signed by John Hancock, the first signer of the Declaration of Independence, dated September 28, 1767 is a Bill of Lading for "the good Sloop called Sally whereof is Master, under God, for this present Voyage, James Dickey and now riding at Anchor in the Harbour of Boston and by God's Grace bound for Annapolis" laden with "Fifty Barrells of Pork, One hundred & thirty Barrells Bread & ten Barrells Flour". The document exhibits several dozen words in Hancock's hand and is also signed by the sloop's master, James Dickey. This is a handsome example of the original John Hancock's "John Hancock"! The signature is so fine, in fact, that the experts at PSA/DNA have given it a grade of MINT 9! To see a 250+ year old document with a grade that high is very rare indeed. Authenticated, graded, and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
