A rare signer on full sized Pro Line helmets in any form, this VSR-4 Colts helmet bares a rare "H.O.F 1979, #19" inscription along with a near mint signature in blue felt tip marker by Johnny U. Overall in near-mint condition. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
