Early & desirable 8.5" x 11" off-white early 1894 "United States Civil Service Commission" letter signed & inscribed at the conclusion by Theodore Roosevelt. TR was acting as a role that would later be true on a much great scale, President! Overall in fine condition with horizontal folds, discoloration & staining. Authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA) with a full letter of authenticity.
