Baseball broadcaster known as the First Voice of Philadelphia who served as the voice of the Philadelphia Athletics and Philadelphia Phillies. Offered here is a one page letter written by Saam and signed "By" at the conclusion, 7.25" x 10.5", personal letterhead, August 7, 1974. In fine condition, with the original mailing envelope also filled out in Saam's hand. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
