Offered here is Campbell's 2011 album release, created by Campbell as a "farewell" gift to his fans after the discovery of his Alzheimer's diagnosis in late 2010. As such, very few signed copies of this album are in existence, as Campbell's health deteriorated swiftly after the release. The album is perfectly signed on the cover in black felt tip marker and stands in fine condition. The vinyl record is included.
