13" EVANS drum head signed by mastermind music legend Jeff Lynne from ELO and the Traveling Willburies. Jeff signed this drum head on December 7, 1998 outside a Starbucks at a popular small shopping center in Bel-Air, Ca. The drum head features a very nice bold signature and a colorful graphic of the famed ELO ship. In overall fine condition.
