A "King" Amongst Queen - Ultra Rare & Highly Coveted Group Signed Queen Debut Album!Queen’s 1973 debut album signed on the front cover in blue ballpoint “Freddie Mercury,” and “John Deacon,” in black felt tip marker, and by Brian May and Roger Taylor in a contemporary black felt tip marker. A piece that was five decades in the making, the signatures of Mercury and Deacon originate from the 1970s. Held in collectors' hands for decades, this album was finally completed in August of 2019 via a lucky VIP attendee backstage at the band's show at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Talk about a long-term but very rewarding project!
Fully band signed albums are scarce in any form, and the band's self-titled debut ranks at the top of desirability and scarcity! Some moderate handling wear along the edges and scattered surface impressions along the cover, none of which detracts from the piece's overall fine appearance. A terrific, investment-quality collectible from one of the greatest band's in rock history! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
