One of the best-selling musical artists of all-time, rapper Tupac Amaru Shakur (1971-1996) has sold more than 75 million records, chief among them the double-album All Eyez on Me as well and his Greatest Hits, twenty-one of his most popular songs like “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted,” and “Hail Mary,” the set also included four previously unreleased songs such as; “God Bless the Dead,” a tribute to his dead friends and the popular dedication song, “Unconditional Love,” as well as “Troublesome 96,” and “Changes,” which contributed to Tupac winning his one and only posthumous Grammy Award nomination for Best Rap Solo Performance. In addition to his rapping Shakur was also an actor who studied theater as a high school student at the Baltimore school for the arts who made his first film appearance in the 1991 motion picture nothing but trouble and his first starring role in the film Juice for which he received several favorable reviews.

Presented for your bidding consideration is this two-page, 8.5" x 11", dated February 27, 1991. An Option Agreement in which IMPIX, Inc agrees to option the rights to hire Shakur to provide his acting services for "Juice", with Tupac receiving the sum of $75,000 for his services if the film was made (which it of course was, being Shakur's first film role). The document is boldly signed at the conclusion, "Tupac Amaru Shakur" in black ink along with the IMPIX, INC. Senior Vice President Gary Lehman. In excellent condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
