This credit card-sized gold card, 3.5” x 2.25,” was issued to Elvis Presley on August 16th, 1974, three years before his death. Elvis most likely gave to bass singer JD Sumner in 1976 during the Jungle Room Sessions. Accompanied with LOA from JD Sumner dated May 1, 1980 and a letter from the EP Archives. An impressive gold-plated Elvis artifact.
