7th President of the United States Andrew Jackson signed this free frank using a black steel-tip fountain pen. Jackson was a lawyer, soldier, and statesman who lived from 1767 to 1845 and served as President from 1829 to 1837. Jackson came to political prominence as General in the United States Army. He was an expansionist President who wanted to advance the rights of the “common man” and fought against the “corrupt aristocracy.” Free frank envelope panel, penned entirely in Jackson's hand.
