An original Hammacher Schlemmer receipt, 4.75" x 8", addressed to Mrs. Arthur Miller, 444 E. 57 St., NYC, dated July 9, 1959, for the purchase of “Herbs and Spices” and “The Gold Cook Book,” hand signed “Mrs. A Miller.” During this period, Marilyn’s husband, Arthur Miller, was finalizing his screenplay for The Misfits. One of just a few signed examples we've seen where Marilyn has added her married name, and the only items we've ever handled or seen with this specific "Mrs. A. Miller," variation. A great addition to the collection of the Marilyn collector! Well preserved and in overall fine condition.
