Both signatures were obtained in-person in Los Angeles. Jay Leno signed it on March 17, 2000 as he was driving out of NBC Studios in Burbank. Julie signed it at a convention in the 90's. Sadly, Julie Strain passed away on January 10, 2021 at age 58 from Dementia. Julie was an American actress and model. She was Penthouse Pet of The Month in June 1991. In movies, she appeared in Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult and Beverly Hills Cop III. The magazine is in excellent condition.
