Fantastic 1993 Nirvana setlist handwritten in black felt tip marker by frontman Kurt Cobain. This was penned for the band’s October 18, 1993 concert at Veteran’s Memorial Park at the Arizona State Fair in Phoenix, Arizona. Songs to be played included: “About a Girl,” “Heart Shaped Box,” “Come As You Are,” “Lithium,” “All Apologies,” and “On a Plain.” At that time in Nirvana history, “In Utero”—their final studio album—had just been released less than a month earlier, on September 13, 1993, as evidenced by the inclusion of several of its hits, including, “Heart Shaped Box.” And it was only about 6 months after composing this scarce set list that Cobain would tragically pass away. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from Roger Epperson/REAL, and in very good, well-used condition, with scattered toning, and black masking tape to edges, with torn upper and bottom edges where the list was removed from its place at the show. In this case, the condition lends a feeling of authenticity to this show-used, well-worn, and boldly handwritten setlist from 1990s iconic grunge frontman: Kurt Cobain.
